All images will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. The Photographer's judgement regarding these corrections and the number of images put forward to all Parties for preview shall be deemed correct. The Photographer does not show or give unedited images, nor involve any other party in the process of choosing which images will be chosen for the final gallery.
2. Cooperation
All parties consent to politely cooperating and communicating with everyone present on the Styled Shoot, to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. All parties understand that the Photographers style of working is designed to achieve a great set of images.

The photographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.
4. Withdrawal & Zero Tolerance Policy
The Photographers discovery of new information, changes to agreed circumstances, or other factors which tend to circumvent its policies may result in its withdrawal. Non-cooperation; changes in locations, facilities or available times; missed appointments and harassment, hostility, untoward behaviour and an uncomfortable or unsafe environment are also examples of contributing factors. If any party exhibit signs of threatening or untoward behaviour in person, or other forms of communication on the day of the Photoshoot they will be asked to leave immediately and without hesitation.
The Photographer follows a zero tolerance policy towards discriminatory behaviour, personal/sexual harassment, bullying and abuse of authority during the photoshoot and thereafter. If any party involved presents this behaviour all previous agreement(s) made and any image use release(s), will become void.

Image resizing is acceptable, however the Photographer requests that all parties share the files in high-resolution wherever it is possible to do so. Low quality image formats do not reflect the overall high quality of the images delivered by the Photographer, and can tarnish the Photographer's reputation as a professional. The Photographer has also requested that all parties involved to avoid cropping the images and consider how the images are framed.
